Debra Gaglioti

Debra Gaglioti is President and Chief Financial Officer of Captive Planning Associates, a boutique captive management firm specializing in innovative alternative risk solutions to closely held, mid-size and large businesses. Debra is a Managing Member of Captive Planning Resources, LLC and a Principal of CapCare, a program manager for a member benefit program under Taft-Hartley that offers provider of healthcare and related benefits solutions to associations, PEO’s, Cooperatives and organizations.

Debra was formerly a Director with Alvarez and Marsal Insurance Advisory Services, LLC in New York where she worked on business development and implementation and operation of captive insurance companies. Debra has held various positions in public accounting, corporate accounting and engineering project management. For over 10 years, she offered financial planning and investment advisory services to individuals and small businesses while also advising on and implementing retirement programs.

Debra currently holds a life and health insurance license in New Jersey. She is a graduate of Hofstra University, located in Hempstead, NY with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Public Accounting. She is a member of Captive Insurance Companies Association, the Self-Insurance Institute of America and is a Board member of the Delaware Captive Insurance Association.
